- Room rate is per room, not per person
- The Municipality of Anchorage charges a 12% room tax, which
will be added to your final room bill
- All bathrooms are ceramic tiled, with 36" vanities,
and bathtubs
- Room phones are portable phones remotely connected to the
main phone line (all with the same number). No charge for calls within
the provider's city limits.
- All rooms have a queen-size bed with 'memory foam'
mattress.
- Maximum number of occupants in a room is strictly two
persons. We may waive this rule for one child under 12 years of age;
the house has one full-size inflatable bed for this purpose. The
charge for such extra accommodation is $20 per day.
