Payment Terms:

  • At time of booking, a 50% deposit is requested.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards in the website or over the phone (1-907-743-0743).  
  • If you are comfortable with the internet, we highly recommend that you use our website to make the reservation (click "Reservations" at the top menu.)  The room/s you pick online would be blocked immediately.  If you use the phone, it is possible that as we speak over the phone, others may be booking your selected room online.  Also,  relaying numbers, names and addresses over the phone is difficult and prone to errors.  However, if you so prefer, we would take your booking over the phone.
  • Full payment is expected at check out time (or, the night before if you are departing early the following morning.)

 

Refund Policy on your deposit:

  • The cutoff date for refunds is 25 days before the first reserved date.
  • If you cancel your reservation ON or BEFORE the cutoff date, your deposit would be refunded.
  • If you cancel your reservation AFTER the cutoff date, no refunds would be made.  At our discretion, we may give you a refund in the event the room you reserved and cancelled, would be filled by another paying guest.
  • To cover bank charges, there will be a fee of $30.00 for each refund.
